What are your prices?
We offer different memberships (12-month, 3-month, and once-off options).

I’m a beginner. Can I join?
Yes. Everyone is welcome.
We recommend starting with our foundational classes (see schedule), but you may join any class—we will guide you.
I have an injury. Can I join?
It depends on your injury. Please complete the assessment form on our website before booking. We will advise whether you should join a class or book a private session.
How do I buy a plan?
Purchase your plan on the memberships page via our website.
Please read all terms carefully.
What’s the difference between the 12-month and 3-month plans?
The 12-month plan includes perks like rolling over unused credits. Credits can accumulate if payments continue. Contact us via WhatsApp to activate rollover credits.
Can I change my plan?
Yes.

Upgrades: Free (minimum 3 days before next payment)

Downgrades: 30 days’ notice + R400 admin fee
You must repurchase your new plan via the website or app.
How do I book a class?
Via the schedule page or the app (preferred).

I bought a plan but can’t book. Why?
Most common issue: email mismatch.
Make sure:

You created a profile

You use the SAME email for purchase, profile, and app
Otherwise your plan will not link correctly.
Can I reschedule a class?
Cancel and rebook.

Cancel 12+ hours before → credit returned

Late cancel/no-show → credit lost
(12-month members: contact us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before)
How long are classes?
1 hour.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes. Trial session: R400.
Book and pay via the website before arriving.
No booking = no spot guarenteed, but your welcome to walk-in, and tap in studio
Where is the studio?
Spice Route Destination, Suid-Agter Paarl Road.
Drive up the Spice Route road, turn left, then right, and park your car under the trees. Walk along the walk-way, go up the stairs, walk straight - you're there!
What should I bring?
Water bottle and towel, if you have - sticky socks.
Leave other belongings in the foyer.
Can I share my plan with someone?
No. Plans are non-transferable.
Each person must create their own profile and booking.
