Inner-core stability:

When you think of the word “core”, you might imagine the core of an apple or even the core of the earth, which is actually the perfect image to think of when thinking of inner-core stability!

You might even have heard some people referring to it as the “powerhouse”.

The best way to explain it would probably be to think of it as a girdle extending from your breastbone down to your pubic bone in the front… But it doesn’t stop there!!! You see, most people just think of the front part of their bodies, but it wraps around your back with parts of your bottom and inner/outer thighs.

This girdle is the magic switch that must be flipped on, because it stabilises and can also be used to mobilize your spine and pelvis when doing different exercises.
